Production

Rhibo S.P.A. has its headquarters at La Loggia (Torino) where there is also the Business Unit for Export Sales, operating under the brand MAXICAR:

• Management
• Administration
• Purchases and Sales Offices

The whole production line is located in the Turin factories of the parent company Maxicar, Garessio (Cuneo), whereas paint-finishing, seaming, crimping, storage and logistics are located in Ceva, in the province of Cuneo.
This synergy allows each part of the company to work in full autonomy, with an eye on the latest market trends and creating huge advantages for quality at the end.

The Ceva (Cuneo) site is the location for 4 points of production based on a modern integrated processing system:

• Painting
• Crimping
• Wrapping
• Logistics

Moreover, owing to a highly improved company organisation and its procedures, Rhibo S.P.A. was given ISO:9002 certification by TÜV Rheinland Italy, part of the TÜV Rheinland Group, world leader in testing and certification services, both company production management systems and for single products.
The aim is to ensure total attention is paid to quality at each stage of production, from the raw materials to the packed product. As for painting, the physical-chemical protection of pieces is essential. This operation is carried out by an extremely efficient cataphoretic painting machine. All products are assembled by robots operated by fully trained specialists, in order to ensure that all the products meet the strict international reliability and accountability requirements. Finally, during the packing process every stage is controlled to avoid damage to the product and additional new precise packing standards have been introduced to enhance this:

• Smoothed tips
• Sealing tape both inside and outside the bonnets/hoods.
• Made to fit sturdy cardboard boxes
